Honkai Star Rail 2.0 update has opened up a new playable area, Penacony, and with it, it has also introduced a new in-game currency for the region. Known as Aideen Tokens, this currency is used to operate the Dreamy slot machine in Penacony, but its uses are not limited to just that. They can also help in marking where the Origami Birds can be found in the game. Here is a guide on how to get the tokens and their uses.
How to Get Aideen Tokens in Honkai Star Rail
This Penacony exclusive currency can only be purchased in the area from a vendor named Dancy, who can be found in Aideen Park in Golden Hour. However, there is a limit to how many Aideen Tokens can be purchased from Dancy each week. The limit is set to 10. You will be able to find Dancy near a street lamp, where he will be vomiting. Interacting with him is going to unlock the option to buy the Aideen Tokens from him.
Other than that, an alternate method to getting Aideen Tokens is that they can be earned as a reward. Doing some chores around Penacony is going to help you farm them as a reward.

How to Use Aideen Tokens
Aideen Tokens are a Penacony exclusive item and can be used to play all kinds of mini-gams in Aideen Park. You can choose from the three games available in the Park: Dreamy Slots, Lucky Wheel, and Golden Capsule Machine.
Once you play these games, you will be heavily rewarded with a lot of Consumables, Ascension, and XP Materials. However, there is a jackpot prize in the Golden Capsule Machine. It is called the ‘It’s Showtime’ which is a 4-star Light Cone. In addition to that, you will also get a sticker of Clockie.
However, this is not the only use that Aideen Tokens have. You will be able to use them to find where the Origami Birds can be located. For this, you will have to go visit the Great Tree at the various locations and talk to the boss, Origami Bird. It is suggested that you use the “I need a few hints” option to exchange Aideen Tokens for marking the Origami Bird’s location.
The cost of finding one Origami Bird’s location is set at one token for each location. However, this is optional and you can go on the quest to find the Origami Birds on your own, without using any Aideen Tokens.
