Honkai Star Rail has introduced a new character in the game, Gallagher. His glimpses were seen in the 2.0 live stream and he will be added in the 2.1 update. With the introduction of Penacony, new characters have made their way into the game. Some hints about upcoming playable characters that would make their appearance in the game have also come to light. Gallagher was seen during the livestream and it was revealed that he would be a 4-star character.
Who Is Gallagher in Honkai Star Rail?
Honkai Star Rail has teased Gallagher on social media and created a lot of buzz around him. According to the post, he is a security officer for the Bloodhound Family of Penacony. He is often described as a “slovenly and indolent mixologist” and his introduction image introduces him as a bartender.
Gallagher has the Fire element and follows the Path of Abundance. He is also the first Fire Element Abundance healer and you can try a lot of combinations with him when he comes to the game with the 2.1 version update. Gallagher Release Date
Gallagher is going to be a 4-star Fire element character who will make his way in Honkai Star Rail with the 2.1 version update. Since he is expected to be in the first phase of the banner, you can expect to see him in the game on either March 19 or March 20, 2024. These dates are tentative and the final date of his appearance will be confirmed after the 2.1 Special Program.
If he comes in the second half of the game, then you will have to wait for a few more weeks and can expect him to make his way around April 9 or April 10, 2024. His appearance in the game is confirmed, but which banner he’ll be a part of, is yet to be determined.
Gallagher Kit Prediction
Details about Gallagher’s kit have not been revealed by HoYoverse. If credible leakers are to be believed then he is going to be a mixture of a healer and a debuffer and is going to provide his allies on-hit healing. His role is expected to be significant, and it is only going to be unveiled in the 2.1 update.
As far as the current update is concerned, the Honkai Star Rail 2.0 update just began and you can see Black Swan, Misha, and Sparkle in the game. A new playable area named Penacony has also been introduced with multiple explorable events.
