The Flame – Shrouding Crystal Tear and Greenburst Crystal Tear can be obtained on defeating the Putrid Avatar north-east of Smouldering Church at the very beginning of Caelid area. You can quickly open the Minor Erdtree Catacombs just behind the Erdtree Avatar and activate the Site of Grace to de-aggro enemy mobs that may pursue you; that allows you to concentrate on the boss fight.
Windy Crystal Tear
Start from the Southern Aeonia Swamp Bank Site of Grace and proceed south to find the Windy Crystal Tear in an open vessel
Opaline Hardtear and Stonebarb Cracked Tear
The Opaline Hardtear and Stonebarb Cracked Tear can be obtained on defeating the Putrid Avatar east of the Dragonbarrow Fork Site of Grace in Caelid.

The Crimsonspill Crystal Tear and Speckled Hardtear can be obtained by starting from the Forest Spanning Greatbridge Site of Grace and proceeding East to descend down the bridge and defeating Wormface.

Start from the Outer Wall Battleground Site of Grace in Altus Plateau and move east towards the Minor Erdtree on the world map to find the Crimson Crystal Tear – 2 and Twiggy Cracked Tear lying in an open vessel – no boss fight required here!
Winged Crystal Tear
The Winged Crystal Tear can be obtained by starting from the Hermit Merchant’s Shack at the north end of Leyndell, Royal Capital area and moving east towards the Minor Erdtree on the world map
Leaden Hardtear and Cerulean Hidden Tear
The Leaden Hardtear and Cerulean Hidden Tear is obtained on defeating the Ulcerated Tree Spirit that spawns down the east road from Road of Iniquity Site of Grace in Mt. Gelmir

Cross the bridge south of Snow Valley Ruins Overlook Site of Grace in Mountaintop of the Giants area and defeat the Erdtree Avatar to get Cerulean Crystal Tear – 2 and Crimson Bubbletear.
Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear
Start from the Foot of the Forge Site of Grace in Mountaintop of the Giants area and move north. You will come across fire slugs first – take a right when you spot them, Take the road in-between the giants standing on both sides till you see the mother of all giant hand enemies jump at you from the ground. Avoiding it, move ahead to the cliffs and take the narrow path on the cliff’s edge to find the Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear lying in an open vessel.
