Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist, the sequel to 2021’s Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights, is set to launch in early access on PC via Steam on March 25 before its full release across all major platforms later this year.

Ender Magnolia was initially revealed to be releasing this year through the Nintendo Switch Partner Showcase last week. However, today publisher Binary Haze Interactive and developers Adglobe and Live Wire announced that the game will have its early access launch on PC before having its full release on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The early access period is meant to last six to twelve months depending on player feedback.

Ender Lilies was critically acclaimed for its unique twist to the Metroidvania genre. Rather than engaging in combat yourself, you employ spirits to fight for you. Couple this with a gorgeous art style, well-designed bosses, and a neatly designed world, you have a recipe for success. This is evident with the publisher sharing today that Ender Lilies has sold more than 1.4 million copies.

Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist aims to do more of the same, albeit with some enhancements along the way. It is set decades after the disastrous Rain of Death which occurred during its predecessor. Here you will be playing as Lilac, an “Attuner” who wields the power to save the Homunculi, who are the products of an artificial life experiment that went wrong.
