Star Wars Outlaws, the upcoming Ubisoft open world game set in the Star Wars universe, looks to have a late 2024 release, and this has come from a source you would normally not expect game release dates to come from – a Disney Parks blog post.
Yes, as per the list of all the big things to look forward to (Oooh – Worthy Things, as the blog title puts it) for 2024, entering the list at a rather unflattering no. 22 (out of – yes, you guessed it – 24 entries) is Star Wars Outlaws, with a mention of a release in late 2024. Interestingly, the blog has now been deleted – or changed to just mention a release date of 2024. The fact that once this got revealed and then Disney looks to have gone and removed the mention of the word ‘late’ could possibly mean that while the game is going to release during that period – they do not want the info to be out in the public domain just now. But thanks to (what we can only assume) to be a low priority for Disney Parks, in their chain of thought to put out 24 entries, possibly let this out.
Star Wars Outlaws is set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi, and promises variety of ways to approach combat – including stealth and also has vehicular combat, stealth combat as seen in the gameplay reveal below. Gamers will play as Kay Vess, who with her companion Nix seeks freedom and the means to start a new life.
