How Can I Get the Blood Rush Mod in Warframe?
Deimos Bounties
Your best bet for getting the Blood Rush mod in Warframe is by partaking in the Tier 4 Necralisk Bounties from Mother at Deimos. It has a decent drop chance ranging from 7.53 to 13.21% across the different stages of the bounty. I’d suggest to always complete the bonus objectives on every bounty stage to maximize your chances of getting the mod.
Lua Spy
The Pavlov node of Lua features a Spy mission that has the Blood Rush mod in its Rotation A drop rewards with a 12.18% chance. However, if you are unfamiliar with the particular mechanics of the Lua Spy vaults, you may have a hard time completing them. But once you know how to solve them, it’s a breeze.
Here’s iFlynn’s video guide about the Lua spy mission which you may find helpful if you want to learn how to do it.
Trading
As with most things in Warframe, you can trade the mod from other players if you want to bypass the grind. The mod usually trades for around 15 Platinum in Warframe.Market.
How Does Blood Rush’s Combo Counter Mechanic Work in Warframe?
Unlike a flat critical chance bonus (like you get from the True/Sacrificial Steel mod), Blood Rush increases your melee weapon’s critical chance as the Melee Combo Counter increases. The Combo Counter is a gauge that fills up from 1x to 12x as you strike or block with your melee weapon. Now, Blood Rush applies a +40% critical chance that stacks with your combo multiplier.
You can refer to the handy table at Warframe Wiki to gauge how much critical chance you’d achieve with your setup of weapon and other mods.
