Xbox Game Pass subscribers can get their hands on a slew of games announced for January and includes:
- Hell Let Loose | Jan 4
- Assassin’s Creed Valhalla | Jan 9
- Figment | Jan 9
- Super Mega Baseball | Jan 11
- We Happy Few | Jan 11
- Resident Evil 2 | Jan 16
- Those Who Remain | Jan 16
In case you haven’t come around to playing AC Valhalla, it is easily one of the longest games in the series, and in the overall RPG genre – with gamers easily clocking 90+ hours to finish the main quest + few side quests, and completionists at 140+ hours! Resident Evil 2 is the other big entry in this list, with the game a remake of the 1998 classic and released in 2019 regularly clocking in the best survival horror games of all times. The game sits at a 91 score on Metacritic and is a must play in case you have missed it.
The following games will be leaving Xbox Game Pass this month:
- GTA 5 | Jan 5
- Garden Story | Jan 15
- MotoGP 22 | Jan 15
- Persona 4 Golden | Jan 15
- Persona 3 Portable | Jan 15
With both Xbox Game Pass and PS Plus Extra having a strong addition to their respective collections for gamers, the year looks to have started off well. A healthy competition from Microsoft and Sony to target getting a majority of gamers tied up into their subscription services would only do good to gamers – lets hope this continues through the months ahead.
