The introduction of the Penacony region will bring about more playable elements in the Honkai Star Rail 2.0 update including more events. These events will give you many rewards including Stellar Jade and Credits. The update will go live on February 6, 2024, and with it, new content will be rolled out in the game.
You will get to take part in multiple events in the two phases, which will provide you with a lot of freebies and rewards in the game.

Honkai Star Rail 2.0 Events in Each Phase
The 2.0 update will have seven events, some of which will run till the end of the 2.0 update. You will have enough time to complete each event and explore the new Penacony region and the events that go beyond it.
Dreamchaser Bulletin
The first event of the update will be the Dreamchaser Bulletin, which will begin as soon as the update begins. The event will run till the end of the second phase. In the event, you will have to explore the new area and complete missions that will involve defeating various kinds of bosses. After finishing this event, you will win the following rewards:
- 500x Stellar Jades
- Fuel
- Traveler’s Guide
- Lost Crystal
- Starfire Essence Trace Material
Trailblazers will have to finish the Obsequies Performed Trailblaze Mission to be eligible to take part in the Dreamchaser Bulletin.
Hanu’s Prison Break
Hanu’s Prison Break is a Prison Escape Event where players have to get out of a memory bubble by finding their way out of the spheroids, solving a variety of mirror maze puzzles, opening prison locks as Hanu, and finding cellmates that need to be freed.
After all the steps are taken care of, you will be able to get the following 4-star characters as rewards:
- Sampo
- Asta
- Yukong
- Guinaifen
Players will also be able to get their hands on 1020x Stellar Jades, 1x Self Modeling Resin, and 1x Tracks of Destiny. This event will be playable in the second phase of the patch.

Dreamjolt TV
This event will also be part of the second phase and will be playable after midnight on February 29, 2024. During the event, the players will have to defeat the boss causing signal issues in the televisions that will be available in the game on those days. As a reward for defeating the boss, the players will be rewarded with 500x Stellar Jades, Relic Remains, Traveler’s Guide, and other freebies. This event will run till the end of the update.
Penacony Food Fest
Players will be taking part in a wide variety of cooking fests in the newly accessible region of the game. In the 12 days that this event runs from March 6 to March 18, 2024, players will have to take part in a cooking challenge to win 500x Stellar Jades and new consumables items.
Planar Fissure
This event is known to give players double ornaments from the Simulated Universe. The event will go live on February 22, 2024, just for a week and will give players a limited number of double rewards.
Garden of Plenty
Garden of Plenty is another event that will provide the players with double rewards. Starting March 16, 2024, and continuing for a week, you will get Golden and Crimson Calyxes every day. Keep in mind that this event will also give you limited rewards, just like Planar Fissure.
Gift of Stellarium and Gift of Odyssey
The last events in the update will be the check-in events, which will make their way into the game twice. The Gift of Stellarium and the Gift of Odyssey will give you 10x Star Rail Special Pass as rewards.
