Sampo Abilities in Honkai Star Rail
Sampo has an array of abilities that help him stand out as a 4-star character. His Dazzling Blades deals wind damage equivalent to 50% of Sampo’s damage to a single enemy. The skill Sampo carries is called the Ricochet Love. It deals wind damage of 28% to his enemies and deals an additional damage instance four times with the same damage of 28% each time.
His Ultimate is called Surprise Present and can deal damage equivalent to 96% of Sampo’s ATK and has a 100% probability to increase the DoT by 20% for two chances. His talent is known as the Windtorn Dagger, which is known to have a 65% probability of unleashing the Wind Shear for 3 turns. Wind Shear is stackable and can be stacked up to 5 times.
