Honkai Star Rail 2.0 update will go live on February 6, 2024, and along with that, you will get to see a lot of new additions in the game including new characters and a new playable area. But that is not it, you will also get a new Trailblaze Mission that can be completed to get many rewards in the game.
The mission is called “Long Day’s Journey Into Night” and holds The Family of Penacony as the center of the mission. This mission will have a lot of exploring of the new area and will give you new rewards that will be useful in the game.
Honkai Star Rail 2.0 Trailblaze Mission Quests
The Long Day’s Journey into Night will be available with the 2.0 update and you will be able to play the game even after the update moves on to the next one. To be eligible to begin this mission, you will first have to complete the Xianzhou Luofu — Obsequies Performed, A Long Road Ahead missions, and then only you will be able to make your way into this Trailblaze Mission.
Once you start the mission, you will be taken to the Parlor Car of the Astral Express, where the people on the Express decide to head towards Penacony. Here you will meet Black Swan, who will also make her way into the game for the first time. Interestingly, Trailblazers will get a glimpse of her even before they enter the game. She is the cover art of Long Day’s Journey Into Night mission.
Once you complete the missions, you will given the following items as rewards:
- Stellar Jades
- Credits
- Traveler’s Guide
- Refined Aether
- Lost Crystal
- Trailblaze EXP
Besides this mission, you will also get a chance to take part in a lot of other events that will run throughout the whole 2.0 update. You can take part in those events also to earn extra rewards.
