The Honkai Star Rail 2.0 update is right around the corner and the banners for the update have been confirmed after the live stream. According to the live stream, the update will unlock a new playable region, Penacony, and the players will meet two new characters, Black Swan and Sparkle.
The update is divided into two phases and each phase will have a new event along with new character banners, Light Cones, and reruns.

Honkai Star Rail 2.0 Complete Banner Schedule
The first phase of the update will begin as soon as the servers are back from maintenance on February 6, 2024. Here is a list of all the confirmed 4-star, and 5-star characters and the Light Cones that players will find in the first phase:

- Dan Heng – Imbibitor Lunae (5-star Imaginary, Destruction)

- Indelible Promise (4-Star Destruction Light Cone)
- Tingyun (4-star Lightning Harmony)
- Dance! Dance! Dance! (4-Star Harmony Light Cone)
- Guinaifen (4-star Fire Nihility)
- Resolution Shines as Pearls of Sweat (4-Star Nihility Light Cone)
Black Swan will be making her way into the game for the first time as a playable character, and Dan Heng – Imbibitor Lunae will be receiving his first-ever banner re-run since he was introduced in the game. Players will also be able to pull Misha, who is a 4-star character.
Phase 2
The second phase of the game will begin on February 28, 2024. The second phase will roll out in continuation and the servers will not be taken down for the second phase to kick in. The players will be able to see the following characters and Light Cones make their way into the game:

The second phase will see one new 5-star character– Sparkle. And the rest of them will be receiving a banner rerun. Jing Yuan, in particular, will receive her first-ever banner rerun in the game.
In addition to the characters, the players will also see new missions and tasks that will take time to complete. With the addition of a new playable area, new missions dedicated to that particular site could also be added to the game.
