The Constitution mod in Warframe is a mainstay for duration-focused Warframe builds. The Knockdown Recovery component of the mod also works as a handy addition against staggers. Given the essential nature of the mod, it is a worthy pickup in every Tenno’s arsenal.

Where Do I Farm the Constitution Mod in Warframe?

Constitution is a Nightmare mod, which means it is only dropped as a reward from Warframe Nightmare Missions.

You can find Nightmare missions on every planet after completing all nodes on the said planet. These missions have additional challenges in the form of modifiers tacked on top of the usual objective. The modifiers include no shields, timer, health vampire, energy drain, low gravity, and death detonation.

The Constitution mod in Warframe is a Rotation C reward (15.49% drop chance) from Nightmare missions, which means it is one of the potential drops from any non-rescue Nightmare mission in the following planets: Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Eris, and Sedna.

However, for Rescue missions, you can get your hands on Rotation C rewards (which include the Constitution mod) by completing all the objectives of the mission on any planet. This means, you have to complete all the rescue objectives, which include:

  • You rescuing the hostage
  • Stealth rescue (you have to rescue the target without raising alarms inside the prison tile)
  • You killed all Wardens

In my experience, if you run Nightmare missions on the abovementioned planets occasionally, you’ll eventually get your hands on Constitution. On a related note, I’d also suggest collecting all the other Nightmare mods since they are essential to get most of your Warframe and weapon builds up and running.
